 i present to you my lovely collection of objects over the semester, from my sentimental bench to my beautiful son Plingus!! starting out we have my voxel project, based off of a bench that was made in remembrance of my good friend Kennedy, featuring the good ol' beer tree my friend Twix has been watering with a CL smoothie  After the bench came the castle, where I decided to create a castle from a story I'm working on. the goal was a pristine castle made of porcelain and gold, something that looked like it could not exist in our realm.  overall i'm pretty happy with how it ended up turning out!! after that was my pride and joy, the coaster project. never in my life did i think i could be so excited about a coaster, but here we are. Because of my joy and whimsy and inability to make things easy for myself, I made my glorious glorious Pysanky egg coasters; six coasters that nest together like matryoshka dolls and finally, we have my magnum opus: Plingus.  he's the sil...

  when it came to the 3d object, i made my glorious son plingus isnt he glorious???? there were a few tweaks i hat to do for my original design, mostly tilting his head down and resting his head on his knees so he has proper supports and his poor little nose doesn't die After that, I took the file into slicer to double check that it worked, and added a second internal layer. the body of plingus, as well as all the slicing tests and modifications were done by me, while the hat was modeled by my project partner. he ended up having some stair stepping on his nose, but i still love him and all his flaws. i plan on making him little plants to put in his hat so its like a little pot. he is the most joyous fellow

 i give you my beautiful concepts for the objects i have a deep love for silly fellas, so i inevitably had to use my diva plingus (the lil blue guy" into a real 3d object. he is my son and i love him.
